BotHearth is provided by the BotHearth rights holder. Seller and billing details will be shared directly before you place an order. Contact contact us for orders, delivery, and licence questions.
The paid offer is for organisations purchasing for their own internal business use outside India. You must be authorised to accept these terms for the named organisation. Paid orders from customers with an Indian billing address are not accepted. Availability is also subject to the payment provider’s supported countries and restrictions.
If a merchant of record is used, its legal identity and payment terms will be shown before payment. Its applicable buyer terms govern the payment transaction; these terms govern the BotHearth software rights. No payment provider is implied to be active merely by visiting this page.
US$99 per additional installation
Each additional licence costs US$99 once, excluding any applicable tax shown before payment. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or annual licence fee. Your organisation can separately claim one free perpetual licence; buying another licence does not cancel that free grant.
Contact us with your organisation name, domain, billing country and requested quantity. We confirm the software version, quantity, total, tax treatment, seller/payment-provider identity and delivery arrangements in writing before supplying payment instructions. Payment collection is not open yet. Do not send card or bank credentials by email.
The public source and setup instructions are available before purchase. Check the requirements and use your free organisational licence to assess compatibility. By accepting the order and paying, you agree to these terms and the no-voluntary-refunds policy. An enquiry alone is not an order.
What the paid licence permits
After confirmed payment and certificate issuance, the BotHearth rights holder grants the named organisation a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy, and internally modify the BotHearth version recorded in the certificate for its own internal business purposes. Each paid licence permits one additional running installation. Backups and replacement hardware are allowed; stop the replaced installation before running its replacement.
The grant has no expiry or renewal payment. It covers the recorded version and internal modifications of that version. It does not promise access to future releases. Transfer to another legal entity, resale, sublicensing, commercial redistribution, and offering BotHearth as a hosted service to third parties require separate written permission.
The repository’s PolyForm Noncommercial licence remains available for purposes it permits. Preserve required notices. Third-party component licences and the trademark policy continue to apply.
How you receive the licence
Fulfilment is by email. After payment is confirmed, we send a certificate identifying the organisation, licence quantity, software version, issue date and payment/order reference, together with installation instructions. Delivery is normally within two business days of confirmed payment and receipt of the required organisation details, unless a different date is agreed before payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Maharashtra, India.
There is no physical shipment, activation key, mandatory licence-server connection, or automatic installation reporting in the local app. Keep your certificate as proof of the commercial grant. If it does not arrive, contact us with your order reference; do not pay a second time.
What is not included
BotHearth is an alpha installed from source on supported Mac or Linux systems. Model accounts and usage, hosting, container-runtime licences, infrastructure, maintenance, future releases, support contracts and service-level commitments are not included. You are responsible for appropriate use, access permissions and review of the agent’s work.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied as is, without warranties, and the licensor is not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Rights under a paid grant end if you breach these terms or the payment for that grant is finally refunded or reversed, to the extent permitted by law. A temporary dispute alone does not cancel a licence. Termination or reversal of a paid grant does not cancel a valid separate free grant. Stopping use does not create a voluntary refund entitlement.
The version of these terms accepted with your order governs that grant; later edits do not silently change an issued perpetual licence. Read the privacy notice and refund and cancellation policy.
