The legal seller and payment entity for BotHearth commercial licence purchases is Demystified Tech Solution Private Limited. This registered company name will appear in the payment and billing details. Contact us for orders, delivery, and licence questions.
The paid offer is for organisations purchasing for their own business work, including paid client deliverables, outside India. You must be authorised to accept these terms for the named organisation. Paid orders from customers with an Indian billing address are not accepted. Availability is also subject to the payment provider’s supported countries and restrictions.
If a merchant of record is used, its legal identity and payment terms will be shown before payment. Its applicable buyer terms govern the payment transaction; these terms govern the BotHearth software rights. No payment provider is implied to be active merely by visiting this page.
Introductory offer: US$99 US$49 per bot
The planned standard price is US$99 per additional bot. The limited-time introductory price is US$49 once (over 50% below the planned standard price), excluding applicable tax shown before payment. Request the offer while available. We may end or change it for new orders; the price confirmed in your written order governs, and existing perpetual grants keep their agreed terms. There is no fixed expiry date announced. An enquiry alone does not reserve the offer. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or annual licence fee. Your organisation can separately claim one free perpetual licence; buying another licence does not cancel that free grant.
Contact us with your organisation name, domain, billing country and requested quantity. We confirm the software version, quantity, total, tax treatment, seller/payment-provider identity and delivery arrangements in writing before supplying payment instructions. Payment collection is not open yet. Do not send card or bank credentials by email.
The public source and setup instructions are available before purchase. Check the requirements and use your free organisational licence to assess compatibility. By accepting the order and paying, you agree to these terms and the no-voluntary-refunds policy. An enquiry alone is not an order.
What the paid licence permits
Upon confirmed payment for the agreed order, the BotHearth rights holder grants the named organisation a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, copy, and internally modify the BotHearth version recorded in the certificate for its own business work, including paid client deliverables. Each paid licence permits one additional concurrently running installation (bot). Backups and replacement hardware are allowed; stop the replaced installation before running its replacement.
You are buying permission to use and modify the source-available code, as is. The purchase creates no obligation to provide support, maintenance, fixes, security patches, upgrades, hosting, installation assistance, compatibility, uptime, ongoing development or successful task results. The grant has no expiry or renewal payment. It covers the recorded version and internal modifications of that version. It does not promise access to future releases. You may sell outputs such as reports, code and websites that do not contain or derive from BotHearth’s protected program code or assets, without output royalties. Model-provider and third-party rights remain separate. Multiple browser profiles and sequential tasks in one installation do not require extra licences. Transfer to another legal entity, resale, sublicensing, commercial redistribution, and providing BotHearth’s functionality as a hosted, managed, white-label, API or customer-facing service are not granted. These restrictions apply equally to unchanged, modified, rebranded, wrapped or embedded copies, including free tiers of commercial services. Charging only for hosting or a bundled item does not avoid them. A standard US$49 licence never grants resale or sublicensing of commercial rights. Any reseller, OEM or hosted-service permission requires a separate signed agreement expressly granting it.
The BotHearth Business and Output Permission 1.0 defines outputs, bots and these restrictions and is incorporated into this paid grant, with the installation allowance increased by the quantity in the certificate. Its published free allowance and the free enterprise certificate refer to the same first bot. The unchanged PolyForm Noncommercial licence remains separately available. Preserve required notices. Third-party component licences and the trademark policy continue to apply.
How you receive the licence
The source and installation documentation are publicly available before purchase. Your confirmed order identifies the organisation, bot quantity, covered source version and payment reference. Keep it as evidence of the grant. Any emailed certificate records those rights; certificate generation or an activation service is not required to begin permitted use after confirmed payment. Any separate delivery arrangements must be agreed before payment.
There is no physical shipment, activation key, mandatory licence-server connection, or automatic installation reporting in the local app. Keep your confirmed order or certificate as proof of the grant. Contact us about a missing payment record; do not pay a second time.
What is not included
BotHearth is an alpha installed from source on supported Mac or Linux systems. Model accounts and usage, hosting, container-runtime licences, infrastructure, maintenance, future releases, support contracts and service-level commitments are not included. You are responsible for appropriate use, access permissions and review of the agent’s work.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is supplied as is, without warranties, and the licensor is not liable for damages arising from its use. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Rights under a paid grant end for breach subject to the business permission’s 32-day first-notice cure provision, or if the payment for that grant is finally refunded or reversed, to the extent permitted by law. A temporary dispute alone does not cancel a licence. Termination or reversal of a paid grant does not cancel a valid separate free grant. Stopping use does not create a voluntary refund entitlement.
The version of these terms accepted with your order governs that grant; later edits do not silently change an issued perpetual licence. Read the privacy notice and refund and cancellation policy.
