A place to start doing real work

Your free licence permits one running BotHearth installation for your organisation’s internal business use. It does not expire. Run it on your own infrastructure and connect your own model account.

BotHearth is currently an alpha installed from source on Mac or Linux. Model access, infrastructure, support, and service-level commitments are not included. Check the setup requirements.

Sign in with your work email

  1. Use an email address on a domain your organisation owns. Personal and disposable email services are not eligible.
  2. Enter the one-time code sent to that mailbox. No password is needed.
  3. Confirm you are authorised to claim for the organisation and accept the offer terms. Download and retain your licence certificate.

One free licence is shared across the domain. Colleagues signing in later see the existing licence. Subdomains count together: team.example.co.uk and example.co.uk receive one licence between them.

More installations? US$99 each.

One payment per additional licence. No renewal fee. Each licence covers one additional running installation of its recorded version for internal business use. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. Paid licences are offered to business customers outside India.

Tell us the quantity, your billing country, and how you plan to use BotHearth. We will confirm your order and payment arrangements when payment collection opens. Commercial terms & delivery · No voluntary refunds.

Free enterprise licence terms

Offer version: 2026-09-09. The free offer is available for a limited time and may be withdrawn for new claims. Licences already issued remain perpetual under these terms. The licence takes effect when a certificate is issued after verification and acceptance of these terms.

  1. Grant. The BotHearth rights holder grants the named organisation a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, copy, and internally modify the BotHearth version recorded in its certificate for its own internal business purposes, with one running installation at a time. Backup copies and replacement hardware are permitted; stop the old installation before running its replacement.
  2. Eligibility. The claimant must control a mailbox on the organisation’s own domain and be authorised to accept for that organisation. One free licence per organisation and registrable domain, including subdomains. Extra domains, aliases, and additional employees do not entitle the same organisation to more free licences. Verification proves mailbox access, not legal authority.
  3. Scope. This grant covers the recorded version and internal modifications of that version. Future releases, hosted services, model access, infrastructure, support, and service-level commitments are excluded. Additional installations require a separate agreement. Resale, sublicensing, redistribution for commercial purposes, and providing BotHearth as a service to third parties are excluded.
  4. Other rights. The repository’s PolyForm Noncommercial licence continues to apply to uses under that licence. This certificate supplies the separate internal commercial-use permission described here. Preserve notices; third-party licences and the trademark policy continue to apply.
  5. Duration and warranty. There is no expiry or renewal payment for a valid grant. These rights terminate on breach of these terms. To the extent permitted by law, the software is supplied as is, without warranties, and the licensor is not liable for damages arising from its use.

Keep your certificate as proof of the grant; no online activation or periodic licence check is required by the local app. For domain changes, transfers, eligibility corrections, or additional rights, contact us. Read how sign-in and enquiry data is handled.
